HB 3417 85(R) - 2017 Under current law, groundwater conservation districts consider certain factors when evaluating a permit application, such as any unreasonable effects on other permit holders that might result from granting the application. HB 2669 85(R) - 2017 This bill would limit the situations under which a court may award an individual attorney’s fees in various suites against the state.
