HB 2755 85(R) - 2017 This bill would modify the punishment for tampering with a government record. Under current law, tampering with a government record is punishable as a Class A misdemeanor. This bill would prohibit a firework stand from being located within 2,500 feet of the boundary of a municipality or within 500 feet of residential property.
