HB 2301 87(R) - 2021 HB 2301 would exempt a person from providing their address when requesting a name change if they are a verified participant in the Address Confidentiality Program run by the Attorney General's office. A person's participation in the Program would create a presumption that their name change is to their benefit and in the interest of the public, as required by law.
