HB 3394 87(R) - 2021 HB 3394 would permit a court, if there is probable cause to believe a guardian is incapacitated, to appoint an attorney to represent the ward's interests and appoint an investigator to investigate whether the guardian should be removed. HB 1069 87(R) - 2021 HB 1069 would remove the liability of a government department in a civil action if a first responder uses their firearm on duty.
